PSSR-402785	eSchoolPlus: Student Demographics Updates	The logic for building Student Characteristics 19 and 20 has been updated to align with program and enrollment dates. A record is now created when a student has the Bilingual Summer Indicator = Y and the program period overlaps with the student’s entry/withdrawal (E/W) records. Also, updated validation will ensure only records aligned with the student’s E/W dates are included, while excluding the summer programs ending in July of the prior school year and any programs outside current-year enrollment.
