Student Record Summary

Introduction

The Student Record Summary provides a centralized view of all data records related to a specific student. This summary consolidates published, dependent, erroneous, and unpublished student records.

  1. Log in to DEX Cloud.

  2. Navigate to any student-related resource listing.

  3. Click on a student’s name in the Student Name column. You will be redirected to the new Student Record Summary tab for the selected student.

  • Centralized Student View: The tab displays all records (published, dependent, errored, and unpublished) for the selected student.

  • Record Actions: Each record includes a menu (three dots) with options for Details, Republish, and Delete, consistent with the main dashboard.

  • Student-Scoped Publishing:

    • Republish Current Records: Republishes all successfully published records for the student.

    • Publish All Records: Publishes all eligible records for the selected student, including any records that have not yet been published.

Note: The selected student remains active in the tab until another student is selected.
