Test/Quiz is a type of graded material that instructors use to assess comprehension and readiness. Students can access tests and quizzes from the same places as other graded materials:

Tests and quizzes may include the following question types:

True/False
-
Multiple Choice
-
Ordering
-
Short-Answer/Essay
-
Fill in the Blank
-
Matching
Taking a Test/Quiz

Choose a test or quiz.

Select Start New Attempt.

Answer the questions appropriately.

Select Submit, and then select Yes to submit. Alternatively, select No if you need to continue your test your quiz.
Tests and quizzes can remain open for up to 6 hours before the session expires. If you need more time, exit and resume later to avoid losing progress.
Grades for completed tests and quizzes without subjective questions (such as short-answer or essay) are automatically available in Grades.
Some tests and quizzes may be timed or allow multiple submissions. Settings vary by instructor and course.
