Multi-Tenant Cloud customers need to manage their user accounts and account policies for Active Directory using the Account Management tools in eSchoolPlus.
The Account Management menu includes two options:

User List - Used to add user accounts into Active Directory and change the password.

Password Policy - Used to set the Active Directory password policy and account lockout policy.
Account Management options are available for multi-tenant Cloud customers only. Other customers do not need to use these options to manage user accounts for Active Directory.
