When a student is withdrawn in Entry/Withdrawal, the user has the option of preserving the student's schedule in case of re-entry. The following procedure enables you to restore the preserved schedule, using the Schedule Entry page.
Restore preserved schedules

Select Scheduling – Student Schedules – Student – Schedule Entry.

If the Student Search Page displays, search for the appropriate student, then click the student's name link.

On the Schedule Entry page, the following message displays:
The student has a preserved schedule. Do you wish to restore it?
Click Yes to restore the schedule.
