HAC Credentials Merge Fields | X-User Help Sandbox

The following fields are included in the merge file created by Generate HAC Credentials.

Merge Fields	Information to Print
parent_first_name	Contact's first name. This will be the name for the guardian or student for whom the credentials were generated.
parent_middle_name	Contact's middle name. This will be the name for the guardian or student for whom the credentials were generated.
parent_last_name	Contact's last name. This will be the name for the guardian or student for whom the credentials were generated.
title	Contact's title. This will be the name for the guardian or student for whom the credentials were generated.
salutation	Salutation for the contact.
apartment	Apartment number for recipient.
complex	Complex name for recipient.
development	Development name for recipient.
street_number	House number for recipient.
street_prefix	Prefix for street name for recipient.
street_name	Street name for recipient.
street_suffix	Suffix for street name for recipient.
street_type	Type of street for recipient. For example, Ave or St.
city	City for recipient.
state	State for recipient.
zip	Zip code for recipient.
email	Email address for recipient.
email_preference	Indicator of whether the recipient has elected to receive notifications by email.
login_id	Home Access Center login ID for the guardian/student.
access_code	Access code to verify the user's account so they can define their password for the account.
students	Name and ID of the student(s) for which the contact has access to view information in Home Access Center. Please note that this field includes a hard return. For example: Smith, James Taylor (120120)You cannot include this field in the middle of a paragraph. It should be included below the letter text.
