Name of the enrollment building for student.

entry_exit_date

Date that the Tests Calculation was run or at risk.

If you selected to send letter for students who entered an at-risk reason (file name of merge file is EntryMergeFile), this value is the entrance date. If you selected to send letter for students who exited an at-risk reason (file name of merge file is ExitMergeFile), this value is the exit date.

contact_apartment

Apartment number for recipient.

contact_city

City for recipient.

contact_complex

Complex name for recipient.

contact_email

Email address for recipient.

contact_email_preference

Indicator of whether the recipient has elected to receive notifications by email.

contact_first_name

Guardian contact's first name. If more than one guardian is selected to receive attendance notifications, the student will have multiple letter records in the merge file.

contact_last_name

Guardian contact's last name. If more than one guardian is selected to receive attendance notifications, the student will have multiple letter records in the merge file.

contact_name

Guardian contact's full name. If more than one guardian is selected to receive attendance notifications, the student will have multiple letter records in the merge file.

contact_state

State for recipient.

contact_street_name

Street name for recipient.

contact_street_number

House number for recipient.

contact_street_prefix

Prefix for street name for recipient.

contact_street_suffix

Suffix for street name for recipient.

contact_street_type

Type of street for recipient. For example, Ave or St.

contact_title

Title for recipient.

contact_zip

Zip code for recipient.

at_risk_tests

Test information based on which the student was identified as at-risk or was exited from an at-risk reason. This information includes column headings; the description of test, subtest, and subtest score; and the student's score value.

You cannot include this field in the middle of a paragraph. It should be included below the letter text. Format this merge field in a non-proportional font so that headings align correctly. Additionally, you may need to adjust margins and use a smaller font size in order to fit the data appropriately. You may use any font, but using the following font and point size is recommended: Font Courier New Point Size 8.

respond_to_email

Sender email address specified in Medical configuration for the building. When individuals select to reply to a notification email, this will be the address to which replies are sent.

student_apartment

Apartment number for student physical address.

student_city

City for student physical address.

student_complex

Complex name for student physical address.

student_first_name

Student's first name.

student_id

Student's ID number.

student_last_name
