Progress Eligibility Calculation Page

Use this page to calculate eligibility for activities based on the Progress Eligibility Setup for your building. Once you calculate eligibility, you can run the Activity Eligibility report (Registration > Entry & Reports > Reports > Activity Eligibility) to print the list of students who are ineligible to participate in activities.

Calculate eligibility by progress reports

Select Registration > Entry & Reports > Eligibility Calculations > Progress Calculation.
Specify the report options.
Click Run.
Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Field	Description
Building	Select the building.
Progress Date	Select the progress report date.
Log Statistics	Indicates the level of detail to include in the log file. Select: Log Errors Only - to include errors that occur during processing in the log file. Log All Activity - to include messages for all processing in the log file.
