Use this page to create a report of student fees and payments within the selected date range.
Two formats are available:

Full Statement |
Includes the billing date, fee item, and description for each fee for each student. |

Totals Only |
Limits the report to the total fees and amounts paid for each student. |
Run Student Fee Report

Select Fees – All – Reports – Student Fee.

Specify the report options.

Click Run.

Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Building |
Identifies the building for running the report. |

Start Date |
Select the date for the start of the period covered by the report. Fees that were created on or after this date are included. |

End Date |
Select the date for the end of the period covered by the report. Fees that were created on or before this date are included. |

Report Format |
Determines the detail included in the report. Select: F - Full Statement - to include the tracking number, billing date, fee item, and description for each fee for a student.

Print Open Items |
Checked if you want to include fee items that have a balance due. An open item has a balance greater than 0. |

Print Credit Items |
Checked if you want to include items that have a credit balance. A credit item balance less than 0. |

Print Zero Balance Items |
Checked if you want to include items that have a zero balance. |

Log Statistics |
Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs. |
Sort Panel
Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
