Use this page to add scheduling periods. In the timetable, periods are associated with a start and end time on each cycle day.
Display scheduling periods

Select Administration > Scheduling Setup > Setup > Scheduling Periods.

If records display for a building other than the one you want, click Search, then run a search and select another building.
Add scheduling periods

Select Administration > Scheduling Setup > Setup > Scheduling Periods.

If records display for a building other than the one you want, click Search, then run a search and select another building.

In the Scheduling Periods panel, complete the fields on the blank row at the bottom.

Repeat Step 2 for each additional period.

Click Save.
Change scheduling periods

Select Administration > Scheduling Setup > Setup > Scheduling Periods.

If records display for a building other than the one you want, click Search, then run a search and select another building.

Change the values as needed.

Click Save.
Delete scheduling periods

Select Administration > Scheduling Setup > Setup > Scheduling Periods.

If records display for a building other than the one you want, click Search, then run a search and select another building.

Select the Delete box for each period you want to delete.
To select all of the boxes, click
(Delete) in the column header.

Click Save.

A number indicating when the period typically occurs in a day. When the Timetable is created, periods default into timeslots based on this order. |

Standard Period |
Checked if the period is counted when the scheduler (Schedule Students option) determines whether a student is fully scheduled. Unchecked if the period does not apply to all students, for example, an after-school activity period. |

To delete a record, select the row's Delete checkbox, then click Save. |
