Identify the Conversion Scale IDs

Once the conversion scales have been created the conversion scale ID for each conversion scale has to be determined for entry into the standards import templates.

1. On the start page, choose System from the main menu.

2. Click Direct Database Export (DDE). The Direct Database Export (DDE) page appears.

3. Select the table Gen (6) from the Current Table pop-up menu. The Direct Database Export (DDE) page refreshes.

4. Select Cat from the Search Gen pop-up menu.

5. Verify that the search operator is set to equal (=). If not, use the pop-up menu to choose equal (=).

6. Enter stdconvscale in the search field.

7. Click Search all records in this table. The Direct Database Export (DDE) page refreshes.

8. Click List View. The List View Gen page appears.

9. Record the ID number of each conversion scale. These numbers will be entered into the standard import templates.
