PSSR-375134	Attendance Profile Report - Update to Match the Admin Latest Version	Attendance Profile: Version 1.12 Teacher portal version has been updated to the latest admin version.
PSSR-408611	Continuing Education - Class Date Validation Updated	Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in Continuing Education Credit Courses: Version 5.1 Adjusted report input parameter page validation logic to support one-day Continuing Education classes by allowing identical start and end dates. This update ensures accurate reporting of a single day of funding in the Continuing Education Register of Enrollment Report.
PSSR-407269	Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in Correspondence Self-Study Online Learning Courses - Serial Number Correction in Detailed Report	Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in Correspondence Self-Study Online Learning Courses: Version 4.1 The detailed student page has been enhanced to correctly print sequential serial numbers. Previously, if a student was dropped from the course, the report skipped a number, causing the final student number to be higher than the actual count. With this update, serial numbers now reflect the correct sequence, ensuring the last student number matches the total number of students enrolled.
PSSR-396853	Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in the Literacy and Numeracy Program - Performance Issue	Continuing Education: Register of Enrolment in the Literacy and Numeracy Program: Version 4.8 The report has been enhanced for improved performance. Previously, generating the report at the district level caused significant delays, which have now been addressed.
PSSR-404723	Data Validation Report -Enhancement to Active Student Logic for June Submission Validations	OnSIS Data Validation: Version 4.2 Updated the logic for identifying active students in June submissions: students are now considered active if their Exit Date is on or after the Count Date or after the last day of school. This change impacts validation rules MED0003 and MSE0077, ensuring accurate error reporting for eligible students.
PSSR-406326	Define OnSIS Reporting Dates By Year Dispaly issue	Resolved an issue in Define OnSIS Reporting Dates by Year where the 2025–2026 reporting dates initially appeared blank in the format MM/DD/YYYY upon first loading the page. After switching between years and returning to 2025–2026, the dates displayed correctly. The page now consistently displays the entered date values immediately upon loading, without requiring users to toggle between years. PSSR-408719	OnSIS Elementary Submission: Enhancements to School Closure Days Logic	OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.7 The OnSIS Elementary School Submission has been enhanced to support marking school closure days marked as “G” Days and not in session while still reporting attendance fields correctly. This update prevents teachers from entering attendance on closure days and ensures these days are accurately reflected in the days_absent_YTD and school_closure_days_absent_YTD fields. All existing calculation rules remain intact.
PSSR-409401	OnSIS Secondary Report -OYAP-FAST Reporting Enhanced	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 22.2 The OnSIS Secondary School Submission Report has been updated to ensure OYAP-FAST ALL_REQUIREMENTS_MET_DATE is only extracted when it falls within the submission period. Additionally, the OYAP_FAST_FLAG is now sourced from the PAE file for non-returning students, in alignment with OnSIS requirements.
PSSR-403795	OnSIS Secondary School Submission - Issue Reporting ONTARIO_SCHOLARSHIP_FLAG	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 22.2 The OnSIS Secondary report has been enhanced for students who transferred out to another school within the same submission period to correctly report the ONTARIO_SCHOLARSHIP_FLAG tag from the school where the scholarship date falls (excluding summer schools). Previously, the report extracted the scholarship date from both schools, causing the MDI0021 critical error. This issue has now been resolved, and the tag is reported from the correct school.
PSSR-404338	OSSD Diploma Date Calculations - Support OYAP-FAST Requirements - Ministry Updates 2025-2026	OSSD Diploma Date Calculations: Version 2.9 Enhanced the OSSD Diploma Date Calculations report to support students pursuing OSSD/OYAP-FAST (5) and OSSD/SHSM/OYAP-FAST (6) diplomas. For those students, the OYAP-FAST All Requirements Met Date must be entered and the Registered as an Apprentice flag must be selected, along with all other required OSSD requirements for the OSSD Diploma Date to be calculated.
PSSR-406314	Preventing MSE0135 OnSIS Error for IEP Students	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 22.2 Enrolment Reports: Version 6.3 Enrolment Fields Report: Version 5.7 Reports have been updated to automatically set the High-credit FTE to 0 for any student identified as having an Individual Education Plan (IEP). This enhancement prevents the MSE0135 critical error from being generated during file submission to the Ministry.
PSSR-404337	SHSM All Requirements Met Date Calculation Report - Enhancement to Support OYAP_FAST	SHSM/OYAP-FAST All Requirements Met Date Calculation: Version 1.3 The report has been enhanced and renamed to SHSM/OYAP-FAST All Requirements Met Date Calculation Report to support automated calculation of the “All Requirements Met Date” for students in SHSM, OYAP-FAST, or both programs.
