PSSR-260254	Potential Ontario Scholars Report - Enhance Report to Handle Quad/Octo Scheduling for Students with a Future Potential of 6 Credits.	Potential Ontario Scholars: Version 3.1 A new parameter "Include Future Potential Credits" flag is added to the report. When the flag is selected, the report includes students with enough courses (including potential current with no marks or future credits courses) to earn a minimum of 6 credits. The 'Include Interim Marks' flag still needs to be selected for the courses with Interim marks to be considered in the calculation.
