PSSR-266463	Secondary School Submission – March Submission Not Closing Transferred out Students	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 16.4 In the March submission, students who are transferred out before the start of semester 2, are sent with blank ENROLMENT_END_DATE and STUDENT_MOBILITY_TYPE_EXIT. These students do not have any March FTE to report and should be closed. The report is enhanced to only clear those fields if the students leave before the Count Date and have no FTE to report. The change may affect the Main_school_flag reported for the students.
