This issue has been fixed.
PSSR-233778	OnSIS CTCC: Add GRADE TYPE Field - Ministry Updates 2019-2020	OnSIS CTCC Submission: Version 3.4 The report is updated to reflect the new layout for the 2019-2020 school year onward. The new element SCHOOL_SUBMISSION/SCHOOL/STUDENT/STUDENT_SCHOOL_ENROLMENT/GRADE_TYPE is added to the report.
PSSR-233038	OnSIS CTCC: Add Gender Fields - Ministry Update 2019-2020	OnSIS CTCC Submission: Version 3.4 The report is updated to reflect the new layout for the 2019-2020 school year onward. Some elements are removed and new elements to support the new gender values are added. Removed Elements: SCHOOL_SUBMISSION/SCHOOL/STUDENT/ GENDER_TYPE New Elements: SCHOOL_SUBMISSION/SCHOOL/STUDENT/STUDENT_SCHOOL_ENROLMENT/GENDER_TYPE SCHOOL_SUBMISSION/SCHOOL/STUDENT/STUDENT_SCHOOL_ENROLMENT/GENDER_DESC The report is also updated to extract the Student Board Residence Status field value from the snapshot record, when present, before looking at the Students/Reenrollment tables.

A new element <FACILITY_RESIDE_DAY_TOTAL> is added to the TRANSITION_DATE segment to reflect the days the student resided at the CTCC Facility. For every transition date record created for the student, the <FACILITY_RESIDE_DAY_TOTAL> is calculated based on:School/Care Treatment Program Type ( Day Treatment, Residential or Both)Student Residence type in the CTCC facilityExclude Weekends and Holidays flag setting
PSSR-232470	OnSIS CTCC: Transition Date Segment - Ministry Updates 2019-2020	OnSIS CTCC Submission Report: Version 3.4 The Transition Date segment is updated as follows: The first Admission/Program Start date is the first day the student began the program in the current academic year. The last Discharge/Program End date is the last day the student attended the program in the current academic year. If there are multiple enrollments for a student in the school in the current academic year, a segment is generated for each of the student's enrollments. If the student leaves and rejoins the school on the same day, a single segment is generated to represent continuous enrollment in the school.
PSSR-237412	OnSIS Secondary Submission: Add Update Action to Update TOTAL_CLASS_COURSE Element	OnSIS Secondary Submission: Version 15.2 The report is enhanced to send an update to the TOTAL_CLASS_COURSE in the CLASS/SEGMENT. The Update action is sent only if the TOTAL_CLASS_COURSE is different than what was sent in the previous submission.

Some elements are removed and new elements to support the new gender values are added.
