PSSR-383260	New OnSIS Student Validation Rules	OnSIS Secondary Submission Report: Version 21.3 OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 18.1 OnSIS Data Validation Report: Version 3.9 The following rules are added to OnSIS XML and Data Validation: MED0002: If the IPRC flag is set to Yes, then the IPRC Review Date must be entered. OR If IPRC/Review Date is entered, then the IPRC flag must be Yes. MDI0016a: To be awarded an OSSD/SHSM Diploma, the student should have an SHSM Program record with the All Requirements Met Date on or before the Diploma Date of Issuance. MDI0025: If Diploma is OSSD or OSSD/SHSM and Literacy Status is OLC4O/CCL4O then student should complete OLC4O, OLC3O, CCL4O, or CCL3O course with a final mark of 50 or more.
PSSR-391039	OnSIS Secondary - Incorrect Course Start Date Reported	OnSIS Secondary School Submission: Version 21.3 The report has been updated to accurately reflect Course Start Date for students who have dropped a course with Credit 1 and replaced it with same course with 0 credit. Previously, Course Start Date was incorrectly reported. The report now includes the actual Course Start Date, ensuring precise reporting in alignment with ministry requirements.
PSSR-383526	Secondary Report Card - One Report for Both Midterm and Final	Secondary Report Cards - GradeBook: Version 8.3 The midterm and final reports have been combined into a single, unified report.
