Provincial Reporting 25.9.3.0 Release Notes

PSSR-404968	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 25.3.0.1	The minimum supported version on the PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.3.0.1 or later. For details, refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-405676	All States/Provinces: NCEA - 2025-26 NCEA Updates	Additional References: PSSR-405491, PSSR-405491, PSSR-406505, and PSSR-405491 The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 2025-26 school year are now available. These include the following: The Diagnosed Disability field on the Student Information for NCEA Reporting has been updated to a multi-select. Users will now be able to select multiple disabilities. A new question has been added: Early childhood Education center (not directly affiliated with another school). This question is available on the School Information for NCEA Reporting page, and the field’s name is eccenter_tf. NCEA Report Version - 25.9.3.0 The report now includes these 2 questions: How many students are Hispanic/Latino or Hispanic/Latino and some other race? The logic for the output would be if a student has the Ethnicity question - Is the student Hispanic or Latino? marked as yes, then the student will be counted for this question. The sum of the number of students fulfilling this criterion will be included in the report output. How many professional staff are Hispanic/Latino or Hispanic/Latino and some other race? The logic for the output would be if a student has the Ethnicity question - Is the staff member Hispanic or Latino? marked as yes, then the student will be counted for this question. The sum of the number of staff fulfilling this criterion will be included in the report output. The Diocese and the School Summary reports include a new column called Multiple Diagnosed Disabilities in the CSV file and a new row in the PDF report output. The student will be counted if the student has more than one value in the Diagnosed Disability field. The Diocese PDF file, line item including the Number of Schools with a board, commission or council by type has been updated to segregate the output based on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
PSSR-357285	All States/Provinces: Updates to the Attendance Change History Report	Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.4 The following updates are now available for the Attendance Change History Report: The IP address parameter has been renamed to Enter IP Addresses, and it will accept multiple IP addresses. Multiple IP addresses must be comma-separated. The parameter is now a text box. Report output now filters Grade Levels based on the specified start and end dates, instead of evaluating all grade levels. The Select Period parameter will now show every period available for the selected school. The Select Who modified parameter will now show every user available for the selected school. The Selected Changed From/To Attendance Code Values parameters will now show up for every attendance code available for the school.
PSSR-340209	All States/Provinces: Updates to the Discipline Incident Letter Report	Additional Reference: PSSR-340210 Discipline Incident Letter Report: Version 1.6 The following updates have been implemented for the Discipline Incident Letters: The Discipline Incident Letter Report has been updated to include the Principal’s Signature in the report output. Districts will have the ability to upload the Principal’s Signature from the Incident Letter Template creation/edit page. The Discipline Incident Letter Report will now include Board Policy Violations associated with the Behavior.
PSSR-404128	Enhanced Student General Information Page for OYAP-FAST Tracking	A new checkbox, OYAP-FAST Participant, has been added to the Student General Information page. It is visible only for Grade 11 and 12 students and becomes enabled once the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program box is selected. This flag will be included in the OnSIS reporting.
PSSR-403824	Enhanced Student Programs Page for OYAP-FAST Tracking	A new OYAP-FAST checkbox has been added to the All Student Programs page. This enables schools to create OYAP-FAST programs, which can then be assigned to students for Ministry reporting. Additionally, the Available For OST/Status Sheet field has been moved to appear last in this section.
PSSR-403825	New CodeSet for Trade Program Type	A new code set, ONTradeProgramType, has been introduced under District Code Sets to support accurate RTA assignment for students. This release will populate the code set with trade types as provided by the Ministry. The following fields will be populated: Code, Display Value, Description, and Start Date. This enhancement ensures standardized selection of trade types from the Ministry trade list.
PSSR-403823	New Diploma Certificate Types to Support OYAP-FAST Program	The Diploma Certificate Type dropdown under Student General Information page is updated with two new values: OSSD/OYAP-FAST (5) and OSSD/SHSM/OYAP-FAST (6), allowing schools to assign appropriate diploma types for students in the OYAP-FAST program.
PSSR-395424	ONSIS API - New Error Details (PDF) Download Option	A new, Error Details (PDF) download option has been introduced, enabling users to download error details in PDF format alongside the existing in-results (XML) option. Navigation: School Management, School Parameters, OnSIS Batch File - ON
PSSR-404174	OnSIS PAE File Import -Enhanced to Support the updated EXSMS-0007	OnSIS PAE File Import has been enhanced to support the updated EXSMS-0007 – Second Language Program PAE file, as per the Ministry’s revised layout. Two new columns, PRE_PPOPULATION_FLAG and LEVEL_SUPPORT_TYPE are now added to end of the ON_Second_Languages table. Users can successfully import the updated file, and values from the new columns are stored appropriately. This enhancement applies to all school years.
PSSR-403249	OnSIS PAE File Import - Enhanced to Support the updated EXSMS-0003	The OnSIS PAE File Import has been enhanced to support the Ministry’s updated format. Users can now upload EXSMS0003-Student School Enrolment files with two new columns, Community Involvement Hours Waived Flag and OYAP-FAST Flag.
PSSR-404162	OnSIS Snapshot UI and Report Enhanced to Support OYAP-FAST Program	Run Demographic Snapshot: Version 3.1 The OnSIS Snapshot UI and report have been enhanced to capture whether a student is an OYAP-FAST participant on the count date. A new OYAP-FAST Participant flag has been added to the UI, visible only for Grade 11 and 12 students. When the snapshot report is run or re-run on the count date, this value is saved to the ON_ONSIS_SNAPSHOT table, ensuring accurate reporting to OnSIS.
PSSR-403842	Student Program Enrollment Page Updated to Support OYAP-FAST Reporting	Additional References: PSSR-404116 The Student Program Enrollment page has been enhanced to support OYAP-FAST program reporting. Users can now assign OYAP-FAST programs to students, record the All Requirements Met Date, indicate whether the student is Registered as an Apprentice, and specify the skilled trade the student is pursuing.
