Three new fields are added to report the grade 4 class code and teacher first and last name for the reported student. |

EQAO Extracts – Report Input Page Changes – Ministry 2021–2022 Updates |
EQAO Extracts: Version 5.2 Changes made to the report run page. Report Parameters for EQAO 9 Winter and EQAO 9 Spring are now applicable to Grade 10 OSSLT. The section header has been renamed to “Report Parameters for EQAO 9 Winter, EQAO 9 Spring, and EQAO 10 OSSLT”. The “Assessment” field is renamed “Assessment Period” and the appropriate values are now populated based on the extract selected. Note: An issue has been identified “Saving the Assessment Period parameter causes failure to load the report input page for subsequent EOAO report runs”. There is no workaround. This issue will be fixed in a future release. |

A new field ‘Learning Format’ is added to report the student learning preference (FT in-person, FT remote, or a combination of both). The report is also enhanced to support 2 submissions ( 1A-September, IB-February). |
