PSSR-406289	OnSIS Elementary - ERS - Reporting Logic Update	OnSIS Elementary School Submission: Version 19.0 OnSIS Elementary EARLY_READING_SCREENING segment logic has been updated for March and June submissions to ensure compliance with the latest business rules for reporting students’ Early Reading Screenings (ERS). Beginning in the 2025–2026 school year and beyond: March now follows R1 report card rules. June now follows R2 report card rules, including conditional use of NA. These changes ensure that the earliest valid screening results relative to the ERS cutoff dates are used consistently and accurately.
