Elementary Progress Report Card (1-6) Legacy Version

A legacy version of the Elementary Progress Report, based on version 5.8 and without accessibility features, has been moved to the Legacy section of Compliance Reports.

The Elementary Progress Report Card (Grades 1–6) is now fully accessibility compliant in accordance with WCAG 2.2 Level A guidelines. This enhancement covers both Public and Catholic report cards.

Key Enhancements

1. Accessibility Options

   • Student-Level Flag (General Information Page):
     A new field, Accessibility Needed, has been introduced.

     • If selected, the system will generate an accessibility-compliant report card for that student.

     • Navigation: Select a student, Compliance, Student Details, and then General info page

   • Report Input Parameter Page:
     A new checkbox, Print Accessible Version, has been added.

     • If enabled, an accessibility-compliant report card will be generated for students with the Accessibility Needed flag selected.

     • If not enabled, a standard PDF report card will be generated.

2. Handling Large Files

   • Two new input parameters have been added to manage large reports:

     • Split Large Files (Checkbox): When selected, the system will split the report into smaller files.

     • Maximum File Size (MB): This field becomes active when Split Large Files is selected. Users can specify the maximum file size (default: 50 MB).

       • If the report exceeds the specified size, it will be split into multiple files, each within the defined limit.

       • All generated files will be packaged and delivered as a single ZIP file.
