While you will create the bulk of student folders via a school- or district-level student data import, you may need to create a student folder for a new student quickly.
You can only create student folders manually at the school level.

Navigate to Students, and then select Add Students.

Enter the student's information.

Click Add Student to create the student folder and generate a Registration Code.

To manually register the student, select Register from the Naviance Student section of the Student Profile.

To enter test scores for the student, select Test Scores, Key Test Scores, then Add Score.

Use Demo Naviance Student from the Naviance homepage to create a student account that you can use for demonstration purposes with students or help you become more familiar with the student portal.
