Students can access PowerBuddy from the top navigation, enter a question, or select a prompt to get more information.

PowerBuddy is not available when using View as student from the student folder, nor is it available for parents and guardians.

To use PowerBuddy in Demo Naviance Student, you must select a grade from the Demo list in the navigation menu to preview that grade level's Naviance Student configuration.
Review chat logs

Click the PowerBuddy icon from the top navigation and select Chat history.

Optionally, search for a specific chat or show only flagged chats.

Click on the chat date.

Review the chat details.

Optionally, click Download to save the chat as a .txt file.
