Track PowerBuddy

To track student’s PowerBuddy interactions, you can review chat logs from PowerBuddy settings or the student folder.

Chat logs in PowerBuddy settings

1. Navigate to the gear icon and select Setup.

2. Select PowerBuddy.

3. Click Find students.

4. Optionally, search for a student, apply filters, or display only flagged chats.

5. Select Review chats for the student.

6. Choose a date to review the chat or download the chat for review.

Chat logs in the student folder

1. Navigate to a student folder and select Chat Log.

2. Optionally, search for a specific chat or show only flagged chats.

3. Click on the chat date.

4. Review the chat details.

5. Optionally, click Download to save the chat as a .txt file.
