Indiana Student Readiness Indicators Import Data

Instructions

Review the details of the Indiana Student Readiness Indicator (SRI) data fields that you can import into Naviance.
Note the required data fields and determine the optional fields you want to import.
Download the Indiana SRI data import template from the Naviance Knowledge Base in the PowerSchool Community. Select PowerSchool Community from the Get Help menu in Naviance to access the Community.
Prepare the data to import using the template as a guide.
Manually import the data.

Leave optional data fields blank if no data exists for a student.

Data Field	Requirement	Example	Information
First Name	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	Alicia	The first name of the student.
Last Name	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	Williams	The last name of the student.
Date of Birth	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	02/05/05	The student's date of birth.
State Student ID	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	124901	The state-assigned student identification number.
Student ID	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	A9102R	The unique identification number assigned to a student by the school or district.
General Designation	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student meets course and credit requirements pertinent to the General designation.
Core 40 Designation	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student meets course and credit requirements pertinent to the Core 40 designation.
Core 40 with Academic Honors	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student meets course and credit requirements pertinent to the Core 40 with Academic Honors designation.
Core 40 with Technical Honors	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student meets course and credit requirements pertinent to the Core 40 with Technical Honors designation.
Project-Based Learning Experience		In Progress	Indicates whether the student has learned and demonstrated employability skills through project-based learning experiences.
Service-Based Learning Experience	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has learned and demonstrated employability skills through service-based learning experiences.
Work-Based Learning Experience	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has learned and demonstrated employability skills through work-based learning experiences.
Honors Diplomal	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through either Academic Honors or Technical Honors Diploma.
ACT College and Career Readiness Benchmarks	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through ACT College and Career Readiness Benchmarks scores.
SAT College and Career Readiness Benchmarks	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies through SAT College and Career Readiness Benchmarks scores.
State and Industry-recognized Credential or Certification	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies by earning a state and industry-recognized Credential or Certification.
Federally recognized Apprenticeship	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies by completing a federally recognized apprenticeship program.
Career-Technical Education Concentrator	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies by earning C average in 2 or more advanced CTE courses.
AP/IB/CI/Dual Credit Courses or CLEP Exams	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies in AP, IB, Cambridge International, Dual Credit courses, or CLEP exams.
Locally Created Pathways	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competencies by meeting the requirements of locally created pathways.
