Scholarship Record Data Import Fields

Instructions

Review the details of scholarship record data fields that you can import into Naviance.
Note the required data field and determine the optional fields you want to import.
Download the scholarship record data import template from the Naviance Knowledge Base in the PowerSchool Community. Select PowerSchool Community from the Get Help menu in Naviance to access the Community.
Prepare the data to import using the template as a guide.
Manually import the data.

Scholarship Record Import Fields

Scholarship ID	Optional	192837	The ID number of the scholarship.
Scholarship Name	Required	Minnesotan Excellence Award	The name of the scholarship.
Deadline	Optional	8/29/2022	The application deadline date.
Max Amount	Required	1000	The maximum amount awarded.
Renewable	Optional	Y	The student can renew the scholarship from year to year.
Merit Based	Optional	Y	The scholarship is awarded based on merit.
Need Based	Optional	N	The scholarship is awarded based on need.
Description	Optional	This award is granted each year to one Minnesotan who has excelled academically.	The description of the scholarship.
Student Groups	Optional	Advanced Group	The student groups eligible for the scholarships. You must create student groups in Naviance first.
Instructions	Optional	Go to the website and submit your materials.	The instructions for submitting the scholarship application.
Essay Required	Optional	Y	The scholarship application requires the student to write an essay.
Recommendation Required	Optional	N	The scholarship application requires a recommendation to be submitted.
