Ohio Student Readiness Indicators Import Data

Instructions

Review the details of the Ohio Student Readiness Indicator (SRI) data fields that you can import into Naviance.
Note the required data fields and determine the optional fields you want to import.
Download the Ohio SRI data import template from the Naviance Knowledge Base in the PowerSchool Community. Select PowerSchool Community from the Get Help menu in Naviance to access the Community.
Prepare the data to import using the template as a guide.
Manually import the data.

Ohio SRI Import Fields

Leave optional data fields blank if no data exists for a student.

Data Field	Requirement	Example	Information
First Name	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	Alicia	The first name of the student.
Last Name	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	Williams	The last name of the student.
Date of Birth	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	02/05/05	The student's date of birth.
State Student ID	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	124901	The state-assigned student identification number.
Student ID	Required if a unique identifier, otherwise optional	A9102R	The unique identification number assigned to a student by the school or district.
Course Requirements	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has completed all course requirements.
Career Experience & Technical Skill - Alt competency	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has fulfilled the alternative competency demonstration through the career experience and technical skill option.
Military Readiness - Alt Competency	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has fulfilled the alternative competency demonstration through the military readiness option.
College Credit Plus - Alt Competency	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has fulfilled the alternative competency demonstration through the college credit plus option.
ACT or SAT - Alt Competency	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has fulfilled the alternative competency demonstration through ACT or SAT scores.
OhioMeansJobs Readiness Seal	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has earned the OhioMeansJobs Readiness Seal.
Industry-Recognized Credential Seal	Optional	Not Met	Indicates whether the student has earned the Industry-Recognized Credential Seal.
College-Ready Seal	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has earned the College-Ready Seal.
Military Enlistment Seal	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has earned the Military Enlistment Seal.
Honors Diploma Seal	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has earned the Honors Diploma Seal.

AP 3/IB 4 in Appropriate Science Subjects	Optional	In Progress	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competency through AP or IB scores in science subjects.
B in College Credit Plus in Appropriate Science Programs	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competency through college credit in a science program.
AP 3/IB 4 in Appropriate Citizenship Subjects	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competency through AP or IB scores in citizenship subjects.
B in College Credit Plus in Appropriate Citizenship Programs	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competency through college credit in a citizenship program.
Final course grade B in American History & American Government	Optional	Met	Indicates whether the student has demonstrated postsecondary competency through American history & government grades.
