This view captures the program(s) that the students participate in or are served by. The layout provides the School Name, Program Type, Program Name, Last Publish Date, Publishing ID, and Resource ID.

This resource represents any program designed to work in conjunction with, or as a supplement to, the main academic program. Programs may provide instruction, training, services, or benefits through federal, state, or local agencies. Programs may also include organized extracurricular activities for students.

Selection Criteria

Records are published if the following criteria are met:

  • One record published for each programType downloaded in descriptors, program name = short description from downloaded list.

    Minimum set needed for TEA (Program Type and Name):
    - 05, Career and Technical Education
    - 12, English as a Second Language (ESL)
    - 33, Special Education
    - 38, Title I Part A

Resource Output

  • The programs resource is dependent on the prior publishing of Ed-Fi resources: localEducationAgencies.

  • The programs resource is published at the district level.

  • LEAs may upload (publish) data to the Ed-Fi ODS in real time or on-demand (“Run Now” button).
