Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:

One record published for each programType downloaded in descriptors, program name = short description from downloaded list.
Minimum set needed for TEA (Program Type and Name):
- 05, Career and Technical Education
- 12, English as a Second Language (ESL)
- 33, Special Education
- 38, Title I Part A
