The discipline Action Type column in the Discipline Action File report has been updated with the following conditions: Discipline Action Type reported as 00 for harassment or bullying in the behavior type. Discipline Action Type reported as 00 for unilateral removal. If the action has Referral to Law Enforcement, Handcuffed, Seclusion, or Restraint (physical or mechanical), then Discipline Action Type will be reported as 00.
