Student Program Indicator Roster with Eco Dis

Introduction

The Student Program Indicator Roster with Eco Dis report provides a list of students by school with basic identifying information, along with key program indicators to support participant verification by district and school personnel. This report includes students participating in Economic Disadvantaged programs. School totals for each indicator are provided, along with a grand total for the district when run for multiple schools. Students who are actively enrolled on the specified Effective Date are included.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Students

  • The student must not be marked as Exclude from State Reporting.

  • The student's school must not be marked as Exclude from State Reporting.

  • The student's school must not be marked as a Non-Reportable Campus.

  • The student must be actively enrolled at the selected school on the Effective Date assigned at runtime.

Each of the available run options and data fields for the report are described below.

Description

Select Schools

Choose which school(s) to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

At the school level:

  • The currently selected school is the default.

At the district level:

  • Select a Single School – Click the school for which you want to run the extract.

  • Select Multiple Schools – Use the Ctrl or SHIFT key on your keyboard to click each school for which you want to run the extract.

Current Selection Students

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.

  • All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Effective Date

Select the date to use for determining the student’s program status.

Sort Order

Choose a field by which to sort the report.

Run Now

Select this option to run the report immediately.

Schedule

Select this option to run this report on a scheduled basis. Once this option is selected the following choices are:

  • Run OnceStart Date and Start Time to run the report.

  • RepeatSelect Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly for the appropriate re-occurrence for running the report.If Daily is selected, check the Weekdays only box to limit to weekdays.If Weekly is selected, check which weekday to run the report.If Monthly is selected, check the month to run the report.If Yearly is selected, select either the date or the weekday to run the report.

  • Date Range – Select No End Date or a date that the re-occurrence should end

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

The report outputs a zip file containing a CSV file and a PDF of the report.

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in SELA special program.

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in a program for dyslexia on the Effective Date.

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in an Intervention Strategy program on the Effective Date.

[S_TX_SEN_INTERV_X]E1602_Indicator

EB/EL

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in an EB/EL program on the Effective Date.

Note: Previously, this column displayed as “Y” for students with a EB/EL Indicator of 1. The model is now revised to output the specific codes of 1, F, S, 3, 4, or 5 to identify monitored and reclassified students.

BIL/ESL

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in a Bilingual or ESL program on the Effective Date.

If [S_TX_SEN_ESL_X]E1042_Bilingual_Program = 00 or is not blank, then 'BIL' is reported.

If [S_TX_SEN_ESL_X]E1043_ESL_Program = 00 or is not blank, then 'ESL' is reported.

Note: Students cannot be enrolled in both a Bilingual program and an ESL program at the same time.

TITLE I

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in a Title I program on the Effective Date.

If [S_TX_SCH_SCHOOLS_X]E0894 = 6, then a 'Y' is reported

If [S_TX_SEN_TITLE1_X]E0894_Title1_IND = A, 7, or 9, then a 'Y' is reported.

AT RISK

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in an At Risk program on the Effective Date.

ECHS

Indicates if the student was actively enrolled in an ECHS program on the Effective Date.

The total number of students enrolled in each program on the Effective Date.

Notes:

  • Grand Total is only displayed on the PDF file.

  • The total number of students is displayed under the Grade column.

  • No totals are provided for Gender and Race.

  • This field is suppressed when the report is run for a single school.

Calculated
