Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.11

The Attendance Profile Report has received the following updates:

• The report will now display appropriately when a student has no absences or tardies.

• The report will now correctly display the total tardy count in the header for each student.

The Hep B CDC compliance logic has been updated and now the minimum time intervals between doses will all honor the 4 day grace period.

The Meningococcal (MenACWY) CDC compliance logic has been updated and students who received their first dose on or after the age of 16 will now be marked as compliant.

Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.4

The Office Visit Clinic report has been updated and now the report will sort output records by date.

Student Birthday List Report: Version 1.3

The Student Birthday List is updated with a new parameter, Include Inactive Students, with a default value of No. Any student with an exit date before the current date will be considered inactive and will not be included in the report.

Discipline Action File: Version 1.4

Behavior codes and Action codes reporting logic updated to report Action Type as 00 for CRDC behavior type codes.

The Discipline Action Length field in the report is updated to remove leading spaces and round-off logic. This field will now show a four-digit number without a decimal point. For example, 0.5 will display with leading zeroes 0005.

The Grad Info Page now sources values for the exit code drop-down list from the ExitCode codeset, allowing users to update the values as needed.

Student Demographics Report - Lunch Eligibility RDC Logic

The Student Demographics Report now includes lunch eligibility status 02 (Reduced Lunch Eligible) for students marked as RDC in their Lunch Status field to ensure accurate reporting.

Student School Association – CSI Flag Logic Update for No-Show Previous Enrollments

Student School Association Report: Version 5.8

CSI flag logic is now incorporated to exclude no-show previous enrollments (exit code 11 and entry date same as exit date). The same logic was already in place for the current enrollment exclusion from the report.
