The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following:

Data Collection:

• Updated staff and student data collection.

• A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category.

Report Updates:

• The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications

Other Fixes:

• NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.

PSSR-346574

Description updates in the Descriptor Tables 'EmergentBilingualIndicator (C061) from EB/El to EB

The descriptions in the Descriptor Tables for "EmergentBilingualIndicator (C061)" have been updated, changing references from "EB/EL" to "EB". Additionally, some fields on the UI have also been updated from "EB/EL" to "EB.

Stored Grade Record Pass/Fail Indicator Calculation Update

The auto-calculated pass/fail indicator is updated with logic to correctly calculate the value for passing grades with credit earned. The Pass/Fail override additionally will override the calculated value when set by the user.
