All States/Provinces: Digital Equity and Learning Preference link is Visible on Public Portal When Disabled

Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled.
Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

Discipline by Student Demographics Updates

CO Discipline By Student Demographics File: Version 2.1

The following updates are made to the Discipline by Student Demographics file:

1. Discipline by Student Demographics report modified to represent the same incidents as Discipline by Action report.

2. The most severe state reportable action gets reported, along with the associated behavior.

3. Referred to Law Enforcement is always reported if it exists in an incident (even if the student it is tied to did not have the most severe action).

Student Demographics - Lunch Status Report Update

CO Student - Demographic Data Interchange: Version 2.9
The report now has a new parameter "Lunch Status Date" and the FREE_LUNCH field is populated with the applicable lunch status value (or state override) that was applicable as of the date entered into this new parameter.

If the "Lunch Status Date" parameter is blank, the report will pull the student's current lunch status.
