SB State Reporting 25.7.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-394805	Data Collection Field Updates for the TSDL and Discipline Interchange Reports	The following updates are now available to collect data for the the 25-26 updates to the TSDL report. A new field Core Credits Course is now available on the Course page The following updates are now available to collect data for the 25-26 updates to the Discipline Action file and the new Restraint and Seclusion Report. A new action attribute Colorado Physically Restrained Indicator^ has been added to Incident Management. This attribute is a dropdown, and will be used to indicate the extent of physical restraint as per the valid values provided by CDE. A new fields Off Campus Behavior Flag has been added to the Create and Edit Incident pages. This field is a dropdown used to indicate whether the behavior captured in the incident happened on campus or off-campus. Note: This field must be used to enter data corresponding to the most severe behavior in the incident in case multiple behaviors are involved. Behavior Code N/A^ (00) has been renamed to Restraint/Seclusion without Discipline^ (00). Note: This behavior code must only be used when capturing an occurrence of Restraint or Seclusion without a discipline incident being involved. If Restraint or Seclusion was part of an action taken for a disciplinary incident, then the appropriate state-reportable behavior can be used.
PSSR-390559	Data Collection updates for the 26-26 Student Interchange Reports	The following updates are now available in PowerSchool to support data collection for the updated reporting reporting requirements of the Student Interchange Reports for the 2025-2026 school year. Minor verbiage updates to dropdown values - Free Lunch Eligibility Identification, Homeless, and Language Proficiency. New fields Abbreviated School Day Schedule Status and Total Days on an Abbreviated School Day Schedule are now added to the Student’s current and previous enrollment pages. Abbreviated School Day Schedule Status is a dropdown to indicate whether the student was placed on an abbreviated school day schedule at any point during the school year. Total Days on an Abbreviated School Day Schedule indicates the aggregate number of days the student was placed on an abbreviated school day. New Entry Type Codes 31, 60, 98 are now available. New Exit Type Codes 31, 60, 88 are now available. The Innovative Learning Opportunities Pilot field is now deprecated and has been moved to the Retired Fields section at the bottom of the Student’s current and previous enrollment pages.
PSSR-386706	Validation on Report Input Parameters for Start and End Dates	Validation is now added to the Start Date and End Date report input parameters to ensure that the Start Date is not greater than the End Date. This validation is available for all Colorado State Reports that have Start and End Dates as input parameters. Users will get a validation error stating “End Date cannot precede Start Date” if the start date is greater than the end date.
