The Student Unique ID Request extracts information for the assignment of the state unique student identification number. The Texas Education Data Standards (TEDS) requires that each student has a state-assigned unique ID.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.
School Selection
The report selects school records to include based on the following criteria:

Student Selection
The report selects student records to include based on the following criteria:

The student must have a blank State Student Number.
-
The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
-
The student must not be considered a no-show.
-
The student must have enrollment or re-enrollment records that fall within the user-selected start and end dates for the report.

The following required student demographic fields must be populated with valid values:Student Name (last and first names)Federal EthnicityRace CodeBirthdateSSN

The student's State Grade Level must contain a valid value, if populated.

School Year |
Choose the school year for the student enrollment data you want to include in the report. This value populates the school year field within the extract. Note: Verify that the start and end dates populated are within the school year selected. At the present time, SRP does not allow for data validation to prevent these from being out of sync. |

Enter a start date for the report. |

Enter an end date for the report |

Transmission ID |
Enter a local identifier to include in the file header and trailer records. If left blank, the first 10 characters of the current user's last name outputs on the record. Note: This field may not exceed 10 characters. |

Select this option if the user wants to run this report on a scheduled basis. Once this option is selected the following choices are:
