Introduction

The Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) encompasses all data requested and received by TEA about public education, including student demographic and academic performance, personnel, financial, and organizational information This report is used to verify and correct common errors in staff PEIMS data. 

Selection Criteria

This report has no specified selection criteria.

Description

Select Schools*

Choose which school(s) to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

At the school level:

  • The currently selected school is the default.

At the district level:

  • Select Multiple Schools – Use the Ctrl or SHIFT key on your keyboard to click each school for which you want to run the extract.

  • All Schools (default) – The report includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

Current Selection Staff

Choose one of the following options:

  • The Selected Staff Only

  • All Staff

Report Sort

Choose one of the following options:

  • Sort the report by staff, then the error list.

  • Sort the report by error list, then staff. 

Select the Output Type

Select the report output type:

CSV or PDF

  • Exclude from Class Roster Winter
